Approach
With over 20 years of experience specializing in couples counseling at various stages of connection and disconnection, we will focus on where you get stuck in your communication and how to break out of the patterns that cause feelings of helplessness, frustration, and hopelessness. Using EFT ( Emotionally Focused Therapy) and other attachment-based therapies, you will learn effective tools to manage and reduce conflicts and increase your loving bond.
