Divorce with Clarity, Dignity, and Heart

Coaching for people who are quietly considering divorce and want support in understanding their options, protecting their children, and honoring their emotional well-being.
No legal advice. Deep human guidance.

Is This You?

You haven’t filed for divorce. You may not even be sure you will. But you can feel that something has to change.

You’re a person who is:

  •  Exploring divorce and overwhelmed by what it might mean for   your kids, your finances, and your future.

  •  Trying to make thoughtful decisions rather than reacting from fear,   anger, or guilt.

  •  Concerned about the impact on your children and wanting to set   up a healthy co-parenting dynamic if you do separate.

  •  Carrying the emotional weight of “being the strong one” while   feeling lost, depleted, or alone.

You don’t necessarily want a courtroom battle.
You want clarity, a plan, and support for your emotional and relational life, alongside whatever legal and financial help you choose.

Become clear-minded, emotionally balanced, and practically ready
so you can
reduce the time, cost,
and overwhelm of the divorce process.

Relational Divorce Coaching for People at a Crossroads

This is a private coaching program designed to help you explore divorce in a thoughtful, emotionally informed, and deeply human way.

It’s for people who want space to understand:

  • What their options truly are

  • How to think about the potential impact on themselves, their children, and their future

  • How to prepare for conversations with a spouse, co-parent, attorney, or mediator

  • How to steady themselves emotionally as decisions take shape

  • How to imagine a meaningful next chapter, whatever direction they choose

  • Emotional support getting you clear, grounded, and aligned with your own truth so you can move forward with confidence and integrity.

Important: I am not an attorney and do not provide legal advice. My work focuses on emotional clarity, relational steadiness, and practical readiness so you can partner effectively with legal and financial professionals of your choosing.

WHAT WE’LL WORK ON TOGETHER

Clarity in the Midst of Uncertainty

  • We explore what is actually happening in your relationship, what you’ve already tried, and what you deeply value.
This is where confusion begins to settle, and your inner truth becomes clearer. Understanding Your Options (Without Legal Advice)

  • You’ll learn the landscape of common divorce pathways—mediation, collaborative approaches, uncontested routes, and litigation—so you can consider which aligns with your values and goals.
We prepare you for conversations with attorneys or mediators so you feel capable and informed.

  • If you have children, we look closely at what you want your parenting life to look like, how to communicate with your co-parent, and how to keep your children at the center—not in the middle.

  • Co-Parenting Vision & Parenting Plan Readiness (additional service available), but not included in this package, creating a parenting plan worksheet for you to submit to your attorney

  • Education and support understanding your Emotional Regulation & Relational Patterns

  • We explore how you respond under stress, what triggers overwhelm or shutdown, and how to remain steady in difficult interactions. You learn practices to communicate with more clarity and less reactivity.

  • Designing Your Next Chapter— Whether you stay, separate, or move slowly toward a decision, we build a vision for your next phase—your identity, your relationships, your home life, and your personal wellbeing.

What’s the difference between counseling and coaching when it comes to divorce?

As a professional coach with over 20 years of experience as a licensed mental-health counselor, I’ve spent thousands of hours walking alongside individuals as they navigate moments of profound transition—divorce, identity shifts, relationship change, and the rediscovery of self. I understand the emotional terrain of these seasons deeply, both the vulnerability and the strength required to move through them.

And here’s what I’ve learned:
Coaching creates more movement, clarity, and lasting impact in a shorter time period than traditional counseling.
That’s one of the biggest reasons I became a coach.

Traditional counseling (“therapy”) is built on an insurance-based model that often limits what’s possible: once-a-week, 55-minute sessions, a required diagnosis, and a narrower focus on symptoms or history. Therapy is incredibly valuable—but it’s not always designed for the urgency, complexity, or forward momentum that major life transitions require.

Coaching is different.
It is action-based, present-focused, and centered around helping you discern your wants, needs, and values so you can move toward a life that aligns with them. When things are intense, I can offer more flexibility, more responsiveness, and more space to meet you exactly where you are in the process.

My clients describe me as grounded, direct, and deeply compassionate. I help you slow the emotional swirl, see the patterns clearly, and move forward with both steadiness and integrity. Whether you ultimately choose to stay, separate, or step into a new chapter, you won’t be navigating the terrain alone. I’m here as your thinking partner and relational guide every step of the way.
